This week EVE focuses on User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) interactions.
“The User Experience is a component of the Customer Experience. Thinking like a customer is key to a successful User Experience,” EVE’s founder Eva Cristescu, states.
A great article featured this past week on Forbes.com elaborates on what EVE is currently discussing regarding CX and UX.
The article was featured on 01/18/2017 titled “The Difference Between Customer Experience And User Experience” by Blake Morgan. (A must read for any tech professional.)
The article clears the air on what the terms CX and UX mean in the tech industry. It points out how CX is the general experience toward the company, while UX deals with customers’ interactions with a product, website, or app.
Cristescu feels the framework of CX and UX, specifically in how they relate to one another will then create a brand that customers will love all around. EVE is passionate about building and maintaining effective web products with a focus on CX and UX. The UX process creates logical paths to guide users, sparks emotion with design and crafts calls-to-action that influence conversion. The CX process identifies various channels, analyzes customer touchpoints and develops a customer journey.
EVE’s goal is to provide an Effective Virtual Experience for both customers and users.
