EVE takes on a new client to establish their Customer Experience (CX). Pacoto founder, Pat Cadichon, has carried a vision to start a coach networking site. He formed Pacoto with CEO, Tonya Lederer and Chief Information Officer, Chris Combs.
The focus will be on CX and establishing the ‘delight’ factor. Pacoto feels that a person who becomes a life coach seeks to help others. For this reason, Pacoto wants to equip coaches with the best CX. They want to draw in various types of coaches in any category or certification, from wellness and health to spirituality.
Previously Lederer has worked with EVE’s founder, Eva Cristescu, on other design projects. She felt EVE could take her CX idea and make it extraordinary.
“Eva is a visionary when it comes to design work. She comes up with her own design method. If there are challenges, she can make it happen. Nothing makes her say no. She gives feedback and the ideas start to flow. She always finds a solution,” Lederer said.
The Customer and User Experience are important processes for both, coaches and clients.
EVE researched the competition and focused on what Pacoto stands for, a network for bold, courageous and impactful coaches. EVE’s designers created storyboards, mockups and prototypes to get the juices flowing. This helps flesh out or interprets what users really need and gives a true vision of the product.
Lederer knows that everyone has preferences and it’s extremely tricky to find an overall CX that appeals to the masses. She stated that it takes unique skill to create things that are intuitive.
Pacoto’s beta group of coaches and clients will test the site through prototypes and surveys. This feedback will help determine what works and what needs changes. The goal is to use facts from proven user research and testing to build a solid customer base.
Pacoto’s next focus will be on the brand identity.
“We need design work on multiple fronts right now, and we are rolling the features out one at a time,” Lederer says of the process.
